With over 50 years OEM manufacturing experience, Petseals specialize in all types of pneumatic and hydraulic seals. Available in both metric and inch size.
We own three factories and four lines in Taiwan, all are ISO 9001:2015 certified.
Our facilities are:
(1) Mold design.
(2) Rubber molding
(3) PU & PTFE injection,
(4) CNC processing
Materials we use are complied with RoHS and REACH, materials including NBR 70/90, HNBR, Silicone, FKM 70/90. Polyurethane, Hytrel, Nylon, engineering plastics and PTFE.
Advanced Technology:
(1) Part of our in-house toolings are made by our 30,000 rpm high speed CNC machines and it enable us to produce product with high accuracy and precision (within 0.02mm tolerance.)
(2) Electric Injection Molding Machine: it results in stable quality and high production efficiency.
(3) 6 axis Cobot CNC machine tending is set to perform coded task with higher quality consistency in production, we aim to build an automated manufacturing line in the future."
